Things to know

Please note:
Upon arrival, please take into consideration that check-in time starts at 2:00 pm. Please also let us know if you are unable to attend dinner (until 8:00 pm) on the day of your arrival.

Meals:
We discount each meal not attended by 15,00 €. You have the option of taking lunch à la carte. Breakfast and dinner will be served on the terrace during the summer, weather permitting.

Dogs:
Please be advised that we can accommodate dogs only after prior arrangements have been made, and please bring your own basket. Dogs shall not have access to the dining room, the recreation room, or the open area. 11,00 € per day.

Calculation of rates:
The different rates reflect the size, location, and décor of different rooms, everything else being equal. In case of cash payment you will recive a discount of 1.5%. Rates for half-board apply to stays longer than 3 nights. In the case of early departures or late arrivals, 3 nights are charged for.

Cancellations:
Please inform us on time. In case of a cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival arise some extra charges. In case of a short-term cancellation we surely try to relet the room. If that's not possible, we charge 3 daily rates up to 15 days before the arrival. In case of short-term cancellations we charge 50% of the arrangement.
In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 3 days.

Insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
